Energean supports three Paralympic swimmers in Israel

We are so happy and proud to support three Paralympic swimmers in Israel in their effort to qualify to the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2020!


The three medalists and Selected Athletes of the Israeli Paralympic Committee, Ami Dad’on (18), Mark Meliar (19) and Julia Gurodichuk (19), will be given a monthly grant, as part of Energean's values of supporting persons with disabilities.

Ilia Rigas, Head of Energean Corporate Social Responsibility, Energean, said: “Energean group proactively supports and promotes public awareness to people with disabilities in all countries the Company operates,as part of its ongoing involvement in the community; therefore, connecting to the young Israeli athletes came very natural for us. We find their determination and will power inspiring! We wish them success in the World Cup games and look forward to seeing them in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games”.

 

 

Nissim Sasportas, CEO of the Paralympics Committee in Israel, added: "I thank Energean for supporting the swimmers and their personal involvement in this effort. We promise will try our our best to make sure Energean is proud of our team in Tokyo and even before, at the World Championships in September 2019."
