In Greece, Energean has 36 mmboe 2P reserves and 78 mmboe 2C resources and operates Prinos, the country's sole hydrocarbon producing asset, located in the North Aegean Sea. It also operates Katakolo, a proven oil & gas field that is under development in the western part of the country. The Company has significant exploration potential in the licences held in Western Greece, which provides the basis for future organic growth. Finally, we have made significant progress on the only carbon storage operation in the East Mediterranean. Prinos CO2 Storage is in line to be approved as a “Project of Common Interest” by the EU, and has been awarded €150m funding by the Greek government.
