Dennis Anestoudis is a Geophysicist with more than 20 years of experience.
He first served in Energean as Team Leader from 2008 -2012. Prior to that, Dennis worked from February 1996 untill December 2006 in Schlumberger and later for one year in Hellenic Petroleum.
He joined Energean for a second time in 2016, after having worked as Team Leader Africa in Genel Energy.

Giorgio Cavallaro is a technical professional with an experience of 40 years in the oil & gas sector.
Giorgio worked for 7 years in Dowel Schlumberger in different positions up to leader engineer and then 27 years in ENI reaching the position of Well Operation Manager.
In 2018, he moved to Edison E&P in 2018 and was responsible for all well engineering and drilling activities .
As of December 2020, Giorgio is the Head of Drilling and Well Engineering Department of Energean.

Moran joined Energean in November 2018 as General Counsel Israel.
Moran qualified as a lawyer in 2009, having trained within one of Israel’s leading law firms. She has twelve years of experience in the Israeli energy sector, and in her previous role she served as General Counsel for a leading Israeli IPP.
Moran holds an Executive MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and an LL.B in Law and Economics from Bar Ilan University, Cum Laude.

Giuseppe Greco joined Energean in 2020.
He has 30 years of professional experience in technical and managerial positions, both in Italy and abroad.
Giuseppe spent 6 years in Eni Group where he was mainly involved in Engineering, Construction and Installation roles, including sulphur and acid gas R&D projects coordination.
Then he joined Edison Group where he assumed a number of leadership roles along the entire oil & gas business value chain, mainly in the area of Projects; he was also Managing Director for Operations in Sicily for 4 years. In Edison, he also supported farm in/out and exploration evaluations, coordinated development concepts selection and definition, managed engineering and decommissioning activities.

Stella Lena has 15 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy. Her main expertise focuses on investment evaluation, project financing and business accounting.
In Energean she is responsible for the company’s accounting and tax compliance, as well as the group’s financial reporting to management, regulators and other external parties. She also coordinates with auditors and regulators for the review of books, records and internal controls.
Prior to joining Energean, she has held the position of Business Analyst in Remaco Management Consultants S.A. and Financial Accountant in Next Step Consulting.
Stella holds a BSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Economic Science at Athens University of Economics.

Shlomi Levi joined the Energean Group in 2017. In Energean he is responsible for all financial aspects and functions in Israel.
Shlomi has more than 10 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, Commercial gas agreements, Tax and Accounting.
Prior to joining Energean, he held the position of Senior Manager in BDO.
Shlomi Levi is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel and holds a master of business administration (MBA) and (BA) in Economics and Accounting.

Maria Martin Joined Energean in 2018 from Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Bank where she was a Director in the Reserve Based Finance team.
Maria has over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and has delivered multi – billion dollar financings for acquisitions and E&P companies worldwide.
Her particular expertise lies in development projects and emerging markets.
Maria has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the Queen’s University of Belfast.

Theodosis has 20+ years experience in corporate ICT infrastructures and services as a freelance consultant to several small and medium enterprises. He has been involved with Energean since Day 1 as a consultant and joined full-time in 2018.
Previously, Theodosis has worked as a Project Engineer in Hellenic Shipyards, and a Computer Architect / Micro Circuit Designer in, among others, Irdeto Consultants, The Netherlands, Storm Technology, California, AT&T Bell Labs, New Jersey.
Theodosis holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London, an MSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, New Jersey, and a PhD in Computer Architecture from University of Amsterdam.

Ioannis Politis joined Energean in 2015, heading Contracts and Procurement and as of 2019 also responsible for the Insurance function for the Energean Group.
He has more than 15 years of professional experience, and prior to joining Energean, he worked for Tullow Oil in asset development projects in Uganda, Kenya and Ghana. Previously, Ioannis held supply chain management positions in Healthcare and Manufacturing.
Ioannis holds a Masters in Electronic Business, a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, is a certified Contracts & Commercial Management Practitioner (CCMP). He is a member of the World Commerce & Contracting Association, and the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).

Vincent Reboul-Salze is a production facilities engineer with more than 10 years of industry experience, mostly gained at Shell. He joined Energean in 2014, after leading the process engineering team in charge of Shell/AGIP KCO’s Kashagan field Start-Up in Kazakhstan, for over three years. Prior to that, he worked with Shell Upstream development teams to support new business development and “concept select” work focusing on facilities’ conceptual design and costing.
As Appraisal and Process Engineer, he worked on production operations and new facilities’ design and installation for four years in the Dutch and Southern North Sea production areas (mainly gas fields).
Before joining Shell, Mr. Reboul-Salze worked for two years conducting detailed engineering studies for Offshore floating structures with D2M Naval Architects.
He holds a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the Institut Français du Petrole (IFP school) and a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Ilia Rigas is the Head of CSR for Energean.
She has shaped the strategy for the sustainable development of the company and was in charge of publishing the first Sustainability Report for Energean.
Prior to Energean Mrs Rigas was involved in the shipping, real estate and tourism businesses where initially as a shipbroker for ELKA Shipping and Trafigura and later as an entrepreneur has wide experience of international business ethics, code of conducts and relationships with local communities.
Mrs Rigas studied Business Management at Richmond College in London.

Kate Sloan joined Energean in June 2018 as Head of Investor Relations and Equity Capital Markets. She has thirteen years of experience of the oil and gas industry, most recently as a Senior Equity Analyst with Macquarie, where she was responsible for covering the international E&P space.
Kate qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009, having trained within Deloitte's Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities team. Kate has also worked as an oil and tankers analysts for Braemar Seascope, and as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Kate has a First Class Honours Degree from Oxford University.

Paolo Terdich has almost 40 years of successful managerial experience in Oil&Gas industry, proved worldwide in various strategic assignments, within international joint ventures and in challenging multicultural environments.
Before joining Energean in December 2020, he was the Senior Vice President of Non-Operated Joint Ventures in Edison E&P’s, accountable for ~65 assets worldwide, producing remarkable results, such as: +95 M€ EBITDA vs. triannual Budget (+75%) and 41 M€ cost saving.
In his career, Paolo has held increasingly significant roles, creating value and profit growth opportunities, while developing a strong leadership, by combining his managerial skills with his capability to build consensus within the Boards of various JV’s.
Prior to joining Edison in 2013, Paolo served for over 28 years (since 1984) in Agip/Eni, in a variety of international technical and managerial roles, from Petroleum Engineering, to Project Management, R&D, Asset and Regional Management, Commercial Management. In the various overseas assignments where he represented Eni, as Operator, in strategic JV’s with majors O&G companies, he secured remarkable achievements (eg. +30% booked reserves and +40% production increase, as Reservoir Eng. Man. in Egypt).
Paolo Terdich holds a MBA Degree from the Edinburgh Business School/Heriot-Watt University (UK) and a Master’s Degree in Geological Sciences (110/110 cum laude and publication of the experimental thesis) from the University of Parma (Italy).

Milly Tornaghi joined Energean in 2020 as Head of Exploration.
She has over 35 years of experience of broad geoscience and leadership experience, both in Italy and abroad.
She first served ENI from 1985-1991 as petrophysicist in the subsurface department. Then she moved to Edison SpA where she held several roles as technical leader for the domestic and overseas exploration portfolio. In 2009, Milly was appointed as Exploration Manager for Edison International Egypt in Cairo (2009-2012) and then for Edison Norway in Stavanger (2013-2017) where she contributed to the Company’s organic growth with active participation to APA & Licencing Rounds.
Since January 2017, Milly was appointed and SVP Exploration for Edison E&P, with a management responsibility over the Company’s global portfolio, Quality Assurance process and t Exploration Management System.
Milly holds a master’s degree in Geology (Micropaleontology & Stratigraphy) from the University of Milan.

Richard Tyler joined Energean in December 2018 to provide legal advice on the acquisition of Edison’s E&P business.
Prior to that he had been an energy partner at Hogan Lovells since 2001.
He specializes in gas and LNG projects and led the legal team which advised BP and SOCAR on the Shah Deniz 2 Project and the Southern Gas Corridor pipelines.
He qualified in 1991 and has a degree in Maths and Law from Robinson College, Cambridge.

Ioannis Vassos joined Energean on 2016 as procurement engineer for Epsilon project. From 2017 onwards he is the Procurement Manager responsible for all procurement activities of the Group and as of 2020 he is also Integration Coordinator following the acquisition of Edison E&P.
He started his career on 2000 as an interim engineer at Vosper Thornycroft UK. He worked as commissioning engineer, assistant and gradually as project manager at Elefsis Shipbuilding S.A, in various offshore and onshore construction projects, before taking the role of Head of New Buildings Procurement including also relevant Warehouse, Logistic and QA/QC activities.
Ioannis holds a BSc as a Mechanical Engineer, he is a certified Welding Engineer by European Welding Federation (EWF) and international Institute of Welding (IIW).

Giuseppe Vischetti joined Energean in 2020. He was previously Edison Exploration & Production’s CFO since June 2018.
Giuseppe has a broad experience in Corporate Finance in the energy sector both in Italy and abroad. He has served ad Edison E&P country’s CFO in Egypt, Finance General Manager in ABQ Petroleum, and CFO of Elpedison S.A., first private power operator in Greece.
Giuseppe holds a master’s degree in Business Economics at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. He is a Chartered Accountant and a certified Italian Auditor.

Giovanni Zambelloni joined Energean in late 2020. He is a technical professional with an experience of more than 35 years. He is a geologist and has worked as well-site geologist and subsurface geologist.
In 1990 he attended the ENI 2 -year course of Reservoir Engineer and worked as reservoir/petroleum engineer till 2009 when he moved to Edison.
He immediately joined AQP Company in Alexandria (Egypt) as Reservoir Manager, then Operations Manager and General Manager & Managing Director (Member of the Board).
He spent 8 years in Egypt and in 2016 he became Senior Vice President for Reservoir, Drilling and Production Performance in Edison Head Office in Milan.

I joined Energean in 2015 and I am the head of the Epsilon Project. I have more than 25-year experience in oil & gas, offshore construction, pipelines and heavy lift installation Contractors.
Prior to Energean I worked for 10 years with Versabar Inc, responsible for innovative offshore heavy lift solutions and execution of services to operators, notably the simultaneous raising of the LIMA field complex platforms and bridges, East Java Sea Indonesia. I also worked for 15 years with Saipem in various worldwide locations performing fast track offshore pipelines and heavy lift projects.
I was a nomad and what Energean has given to me is that I have ceased my nomadic life and I am now permanently based in Greece which is what I really like!
