Fred Riddiford is a Reservoir Engineering/ Project Engineering Technical Professional and Senior Manager who has worked on oil and gas-related projects for the past 40 years. He joined Energean in June 2016.
Mr. Riddiford previously worked in the Petro-Technical Group in Mubadala Petroleum as Vice President Reservoir Engineering (2013-2016) and Director Reservoir Engineering (2011-2013) in Abu Dhabi.
He began a 35-year career at BP as a Research Physicist before transferring to the E&P arm of the Company in 1984 as a Reservoir Engineer.
More recently, Mr. Riddiford developed the In Salah Gas (ISG) Field (1996-2004) as Team Lead and then Senior Reservoir Engineer and won a BP Helios Green Prize Award in 2005 for the ISG CO2 Re-injection Project, before taking his final position at BP as Technical Manager of the Growth/Technical Directorate (Middle East & South Asia SPU, 2004-2010).
David Donaldson joined Energean in 2016 as Drilling and Production Manager. As of 1/1/2018, he is the Manager of the Prinos Asset and he is the Managing Director of Kavala Oil, Energean's subsidiary.
Mr. Donaldson is a Petroleum engineer with drilling specialization and over 30 years of industry experience.
As Well Engineering manager at Petroceltic, Algeria, Mr. Donaldson was responsible for the drilling of 124 land wells, including the planning, programming, recruitment and delivery of 30 early wells and field infrastructure of tight gas, as well as the HSE management, Risk Analysis, QA/QC management and cost management.
Previously, he served as drilling engineer in senior positions for BG Group (including Vice President, Well Engineering Manager), Shell (Asset Divestment), Eni (Petroleum Engineering Coordinator), Petro-Canada (Snr Petroleum Engineer), BHP Biliton (Well Services Superintendent) and Halliburton (Senior Advisor Snubbing and HWO, Coiled Tubing Manager).
Mr. Donaldson holds a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the Heriot-Watt University.
Vassilis Zenios is the head of the Epsilon Project. He has 25 years’ experience in oil & gas, offshore construction, pipelines and heavy lift installation Contractors.
He joined Energean in 2015, after working for 10 years with Versabar Inc, responsible for innovative offshore heavy lift solutions and execution of services to operators, notably the simultaneous raising of the LIMA field complex platforms and bridges, East Java Sea Indonesia.
He worked for 15 years with Saipem in various worldwide locations performing fast track offshore pipelines and heavy lift projects.
In 1984 he was employed by North Aegean Petroleum Company (N.A.P.C.) as Process Engineer, becoming Senior Process Engineer in 1987, Head of Technical Services (1992) and Chief Engineer (1997 until May 1999) when the company terminated its operations. Between May and November 1999 he ensured the maintenance and security of the facilities as Project Manager for Eurotech Services, who were assigned the project by the Greek state.
He started his career in March 1979 at ESSO Canada as Process Engineer, continuing as Operations Engineer (1981-1982), at which time he left ESSO Canada to return to Greece. From 1983 to 1984, he worked as Operations Engineer at Ethyl Hellas in Thessaloniki.
He holds a BSc and MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
Mr. Mastrantonis joined Energean in 2011 as Human Resources and Administration Manager. From July 2016 until end 2017 he also served as the Managing Director of Energean Oil & Gas SA Greece and as a member of the board.
He manages HR and Admin, providing decision-making support and leadership along with management of business-critical, large-scale projects.
Mr. Mastrantonis obtained his business administration degrees (BA and MBA) from University of Staffordshire in the UK and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Business and Economics.
Kate joined Energean in June 2018 as Head of Investor Relations and Equity Capital Markets. She has thirteen years of experience of the oil and gas industry, most recently as a Senior Equity Analyst with Macquarie, where she was responsible for covering the international E&P space.
Kate qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009, having trained within Deloitte's Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities team. Kate has also worked as an oil and tankers analysts for Braemar Seascope, and as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Kate has a First Class Honours Degree from Oxford University.
Maria Joined Energean in 2018 from Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Bank where she was a Director in the Reserve Based Finance team.
Maria has over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and has delivered multi – billion dollar financings for acquisitions and E&P companies worldwide.
Her particular expertise lies in development projects and emerging markets.
Maria has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
Mrs. Lena has 15 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy. Her main expertise focuses on investment evaluation, project financing and business accounting.
In Energean she is responsible for the company’s accounting and tax compliance, as well as the group’s financial reporting to management, regulators and other external parties. She also coordinates with auditors and regulators for the review of books, records and internal controls.
Before joining Energean Oil & gas, she has held the position of Business Analyst in Remaco Management Consultants S.A. and Financial Accountant in Next Step Consulting.
Mrs. Lena holds a BSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Economic Science at Athens University of Economics.
Vassilis Tsetoglou started his career in 1992 in electrical engineering and telecommunication systems, before managing electrical and mechanical projects at Eurotech Services.
In 2001 he started working in the oil & gas industry at Kavala Oil, progressing to Technical Services Superintendent before moving to focus on HSE Management in potentially high H2S environments in 2005.
Mr. Tsetoglou joined Energean as Group HSE Manager in 2015. He is certified as Head of Internal Inspections of ISO 9000/94 Quality Systems by the TÜV Greece. He is also a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Greek Association of Dipl. Electrical & Mechanical Engineers.
Mr. Tsetoglou holds a BEng and a MEng in Electrical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a MSc in Technologies in Environmental Legislation from Democritus University of Thrace.
Dennis Anestoudis is a Geophysicist with more than 20 years of experience. He first served in Energean as Team Leader from 2008 -2012. Prior to that, Dennis worked from February 1996 untill December 2006 in Schlumberger and later for one year in Hellenic Petroleum.
He joined Energean for a second time in 2016, after having worked as Team Leader Africa in Genel Energy.
Mr. Reboul-Salze is a production facilities engineer with 10 years of industry experience, mostly gained at Shell. He joined Energean in 2014, after leading the process engineering team in charge of Shell/AGIP KCO’s Kashagan field Start-Up in Kazakhstan, for over three years. Prior to that, he worked with Shell Upstream development teams to support new business development and “concept select” work focusing on facilities’ conceptual design and costing.
As Appraisal and Process Engineer, he worked on production operations and new facilities’ design and installation for four years in the Dutch and Southern North Sea production areas (mainly gas fields).
Before joining Shell, Mr. Reboul-Salze worked for two years conducting detailed engineering studies for Offshore floating structures with D2M Naval Architects.
He holds a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the Institut Français du Petrole (IFP school) and a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.
Yarun Daissy holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering and has an experience of more than 20 years in design, construction and operation of energy and infrastructure systems.
He worked in Tahal for 7 years in design and permitting of energy systems and for 15 years in Noble Energy as Engineering and Construction Manager, Production Manager and Operations Manager.
He was involved in the development of Mari-B, Tamar and Leviathan fields in Israel. Ha has also served as a in country project manager in developing the Natural Gas Ashdod Receiving Terminal.
Yarun Daissu has also served as a Deep Water Production Manager in the Gulf of Mexico for Noble Energy in Houston for two years
Simon Warren is a production operations and project engineer with 28 years of industry experience, mostly gained at Shell. He joined their marine fleet in 1991 and became a Master in their VLCC fleet in 2000. In 2001 he transferred to Shell Upstream in the production operations and major projects organization, leading the conversion of the FSU Soorena, and then lead the commissioning, and start up of the Soroosh Platform as OIM trough to steady state operations.
He then moved to the Upstream development team in Nigeria on the Bonga SW/Aparo FPSO and Seaeagle FPSO projects as Operational Readiness Lead, moving in to operations management of the Seaeagle FPSO once operational.
Simon then moved to the Gulf of Mexico as operations readiness delivery manager on the Stones FPSO project where he lead the team through concept/design, construction and start-up of the worlds deepest detachable turret FPSO.
After Leaving Shell, Simon became an Operations Manager for a North Sea Producing asset taking it through commissioning / Start-up, and in to stead state operations for a Tier 1 services company.
